Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and inspire a diverse team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation.
• Lead the development lifecycle for multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
• Engage in both front-end and back-end development tasks using technologies such as HTML, CSS, PHP (Laravel), and JavaScript including the following frameworks: Node.js, React, Next.js, or Angular.
• Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment practices to streamline development processes.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Work effectively in an agile software development environment, participating in sprints and collaborating closely with team members.
• Oversee and implement end-to-end testing processes using tools like Cypress.
• Collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive and engaging interfaces.
• Maintain proactive communication with team members to ensure alignment on project goals.
• You have Knowledge or Prior Experience with Next.JS, or WordPress Development.
